Technical Account Manager

LogicGate is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the post-implementation technical expert and strategic partner for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers across various industries. In this highly technical, post-sales consultative role, the TAM will map ongoing customer business processes to the customizable infrastructure of LogicGate's Risk Cloud® platform. Operating as the primary single point of contact, the TAM will drive user adoption, identify commercial account expansion pathways, and proactively mitigate churn risks by acting as a trusted Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) advisor.
