Senior Field Marketing Manager- UK London
LogicGate is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute field marketing initiatives in the UK and EMEA regions. This role involves developing and managing a comprehensive calendar of events, including trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, and webinars, to drive pipeline creation and deal acceleration. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless integration of events into the overall go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing field events aligned with business objectives, ensuring compelling and on-brand event messaging, leading the full event lifecycle from planning to post-event reporting, identifying and prioritizing target accounts for each event, aligning event strategies with sales leadership to deliver measurable pipeline impact, analyzing event performance to continuously improve programs, and maintaining field marketing ownership for UK and EMEA locations in coordination with the US-based Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in field marketing or event management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. They should demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Eventbrite, Bizzabo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Pardot). A proven track record of executing events that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement, strong analytical skills for tracking event performance and reporting on ROI, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently for events are also required.
