Team Leader Partnership Management Key Account DACH (f/m/d)

The position is based in either Berlin or Munich.

As the Team Leader, you will oversee the development and execution of sales and budget plans, ensuring the team's objectives align with company goals. Your responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to key account clients, fostering growth strategies tailored to each client's needs, and serving as the primary liaison between Awin management and your team. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and represent the company at external events such as trade fairs and networking functions.

Ideal candidates should have at least five years of commercial experience, with a strong background in the media and marketing sectors, particularly in digital domains. A minimum of one to two years in a leadership role is required, with experience managing remote teams considered advantageous. Proficiency in performance and affiliate marketing, along with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both German and English, are essential. Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach are also important.
