Senior Legal Counsel (f/m/d)

Awin is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic Legal team, which provides guidance on legal rights and obligations across a global affiliate and partnership network. This role involves close collaboration with commercial, product, and leadership teams, leading complex negotiations, supporting M&A and strategic transactions, and facilitating business growth across Europe, the UK, the US, and beyond. The position reports directly to the General Counsel and offers flexibility to work from Awin's offices in London or Berlin, or remotely from another country where Awin has a presence.
