The Team Lead Solutions - ASEAN role at Energy Exemplar involves leading and managing pre-sales activities within the ASEAN region. Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies and account plans for existing and new accounts, encompassing marketing support activities, pre-sales demonstrations, and professional service delivery. The role also involves leading a high-performance solutions team comprising Energy and Data Analysts, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and best practice sharing. Engaging with high-level customer and partner decision-makers to understand their business issues and proposing sound technical solutions is a critical aspect of the position.
Candidates should possess over eight years of experience in energy modeling and power market analysis, with at least two years in team and people management. A minimum of three years' experience working in utilities or transmission system operators with PLEXOS or similar simulation software is required. Demonstrated experience in building fundamental energy models, including electricity markets, gas systems, renewable energy, and emerging technologies like hydrogen and ammonia, is essential. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are also important.
