The Team Lead, Customer Solutions Manager at RADAR is responsible for translating customer needs into scalable, high-impact solutions and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the customer lifecycle. This role involves leading a team of Program Managers and Data Analysts, establishing clear practices and standards to maintain consistency among internal stakeholders and external customers. Acting as the central bridge between customers, Customer Experience, and Engineering, the Team Lead ensures customer requirements are effectively translated into product and system improvements. This includes guiding customers on integration and architectural decisions, collaborating with customer engineering teams to expedite new integrations, and accelerating time-to-value. The role also focuses on driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline implementations and enhance the speed and scalability of future deployments. Additionally, the Team Lead maintains accountability for the quality and reliability of system delivery, leading efforts in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. In partnership with Product and Engineering teams, the position contributes to improving system reliability, performance, and scalability, while equipping the team with methodologies, technical direction, and best practices to deliver consistently strong outcomes.
