The role involves converting unstructured and non-standard data into standardized, audit-ready outputs that support customer sustainability reporting and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities include managing the CDI team's throughput, quality, and adherence to turnaround times across standard and custom workflows. The Team Lead will oversee intake queues, balance workload allocation, and ensure timely delivery of CDI projects, from new customer onboarding to recurring custom workflows. Additionally, the role involves defining and enforcing quality assurance standards, building standard operating procedures, and driving root-cause analysis to implement systemic fixes in collaboration with research and development or revenue operations teams.

The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in data operations, solutioning, data integration, or data quality roles, including at least two years leading a team of five or more. Technical skills required include strong proficiency in SQL for analysis and debugging, working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured operational workflows is also essential. Exposure to utility, energy, billing, or similar unstructured data domains is highly desirable.
