SVP, General Counsel

Arcadia is seeking a Senior Vice President, General Counsel to lead its legal function and support the company's growth in the energy intelligence sector. This executive role involves partnering with the CEO and Board to drive business initiatives, manage complex legal matters, and foster a compliant yet innovative workplace culture.

The General Counsel will oversee revenue and sales enablement by streamlining the lead-to-cash process, leading negotiations for high-stakes SaaS contracts, and establishing standardized contract playbooks to enhance sales velocity. Additionally, the role includes managing M&A integration and corporate governance, providing legal support for fundraising and acquisitions, and serving as the Corporate Secretary advising on governance and fiduciary duties.

Key qualifications include a J.D. with excellent academic credentials, 15+ years of legal practice with significant in-house counsel experience, and a proven track record as a General Counsel or senior legal leader in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment. Experience leading a company through an IPO or direct listing is essential, along with expertise in M&A, employment law, and international operations.

Arcadia offers a competitive compensation package, including a target annual salary range of $200,000 to $330,000, comprehensive benefits, and equity components.
