🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO

At Joko, we believe talent is our most precious asset and have an objective to hire 60+ talents in the coming year. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in our growth, helping us build an outstanding team. Your mission will be to attract, find, and hire top talent while maintaining our high standards of quality and talent density. You will manage and own the hiring process from start to finish, reporting directly to the VP People.

Responsibilities:

Strategic recruitment & talent attraction:

- Innovate and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

- Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.

- Streamline recruitment processes using Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- Foster relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, associations, and job boards to expand our talent pool.

Candidate engagement & experience:

- Create a dynamic and engaging hiring process, promoting the Joko culture and values for the best candidate experience.
