Support Associate (Part-Time)
Wolt is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our remote Support team, assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries. This role is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations within our Shared Service Center.
As a Support Associate, you will handle incoming live chats and phone calls, providing timely and effective assistance to our diverse user base. Your responsibilities include resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our support functions.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Serbian and professional proficiency in English are required. While previous customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
