Strategy and Operations Associate

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a motivated and talented Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team in support of our Employment Law practice. This individual will partner closely with operations leads, attorneys, and firm leadership to execute on the strategic vision for multiple high-growth departments.

Key responsibilities include leveraging data to identify key opportunities for growth across multiple practice areas, driving alignment of key stakeholders across functions—including marketing, product, client success, legal, and operations—to execute on growth opportunities, synthesizing data to report on department performance and providing data-driven recommendations to improve overall department performance, understanding bottlenecks and pain points to support and coach team members, and identifying platform features that could increase productivity and efficiency, working with the development team to see features from ideation to implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of total work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, or finance roles. Startup or high-growth experience is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills, exceptional ability to synthesize information and deliver actionable plans, advanced analytical skills with experience delivering data-driven recommendations, and comfort working autonomously across multiple high-priority projects are essential.

The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $150,000 - $175,000 USD. For full-time employees, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
