Strategic Sales Director, East
Cresta is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to spearhead revenue growth by managing complex sales cycles and establishing executive relationships with Fortune 500 companies. This role is integral to Cresta's mission of transforming customer experiences through AI-driven solutions.
In this position, you will proactively build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities, design and execute account plans to unlock new revenue streams, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach to close. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Candidates should have over seven years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, a proven track record in closing new business, and experience leading complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies. Strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of value-based selling, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, early-stage environment are essential.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $320,000 to $360,000, with additional equity and benefits.
