Employment Counsel

Cresta is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to lead and manage employment law matters across its global organization. This role will serve as the primary legal advisor on employment-related issues, partnering closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and executive leadership to support a high-growth technology company operating in multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have substantial in-house employment law experience, a strong understanding of U.S., European, and APAC employment frameworks, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
