Strategic Alliances Manager
As a Strategic Alliances Manager at Bitso, you will lead the strategy and execution of critical partnerships across payment rails, banking partners, USD ramps, and cross-border infrastructure, focusing on the US and EU ecosystems while operating across LATAM corridors. This role is highly cross-functional and execution-driven, requiring collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Fraud, Legal, and senior leadership teams.
Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and closing strategic providers to strengthen Bitso's global payments stack, developing long-term partner roadmaps aligned with Bitso's strategic priorities, leading commercial negotiations and service level agreements, running RFPs and vendor selection processes, driving execution across Product, Engineering, and Operations, improving unit economics and operational efficiency, and representing Bitso externally in partner conversations, industry events, and strategic forums.
The ideal candidate will have experience across the US, EU, and LATAM payments and financial ecosystems, strong end-to-end ownership from inception to delivery, strategic thinking and business planning skills, excellent negotiation skills, proven ability to present and influence leadership and key stakeholders, strong prioritization in fast-paced environments, strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and fluent English (written and spoken). Deep expertise with US/global payments providers is a plus.
