Strategic Accounts VP, Jumbo Group

Garner Health is seeking a Strategic Accounts Vice President to oversee and expand relationships with its largest employer clients, each serving over 5,000 employees. This role is integral to ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. The position is remote, with occasional travel to the company's New York City headquarters.

In this role, the VP will be responsible for retaining and upselling services to major employer clients, collaborating closely with account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences. The VP will serve as a trusted advisor on plan design, cost management, and performance optimization, aiming to improve Net Revenue Retention and other key performance indicators. Establishing and managing strategic relationships with brokers and clients is also a key component of this position.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in account management or sales within the employee benefits sector, with a strong background in health plan design and benefits strategy. Proven success in achieving retention and upsell targets is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic startup environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $320,000 to $350,000, complemented by equity incentives and a comprehensive benefits plan. Benefits encompass flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) plan, and access to Teladoc Health services.
