The Strategic Account Director at KnowBe4 is responsible for developing and managing designated Global Accounts, aiming to maximize all sales opportunities within these accounts. This role involves promoting and selling KnowBe4's products and services to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. The position requires close collaboration with customer account teams, including Customer Success Managers and other Account Executives, to ensure increased annual recurring revenue and greater product suite adoption.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining pipelines of potential customers and cross-sale opportunities by developing and managing relationships with prospects and assigned customer accounts. The role involves identifying key decision-makers, articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4's full suite of products, and helping customers understand how these products will improve their security awareness training and overall security. Additionally, the Strategic Account Director is expected to achieve or exceed monthly quotas, promote products at trade shows, follow up on marketing leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Business, or Marketing. A proven track record of selling to EVP and C-level executives, particularly CISOs and security teams, is essential. The role requires over five years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, with experience selling deals ranging from $100K to $200K in the enterprise segment. Other qualifications include expertise in value-based selling methodologies, executive-level presentation and communication skills, strategic account planning and management experience, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Compensation for this position ranges from $250,000 to $270,000, including base salary, bonuses, and commissions.
