Store Manager (WM)

The Store Manager (WM) role at Wolt Market in Paphos, Cyprus, involves leading and managing the daily operations of our grocery store. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets the high standards set by Wolt.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that includes 2-4 Shift Leads, whom you will guide, coach, and develop in line with Wolt's leadership values. Your duties will encompass hiring, training, and providing regular feedback to staff, as well as conducting biannual one-on-one meetings to assess performance and set goals. Additionally, you will manage shift scheduling, monitor inventory and stock levels, handle incoming goods, and ensure the store maintains optimal freshness and minimal waste.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Experience in the grocery retail sector is advantageous. We seek a proactive, service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and weekends is essential.
