Staff Software Engineer (Web)

EarnIn is seeking an experienced and passionate Staff Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Bengaluru, India. As a front-end developer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to design and develop our customer-facing applications, playing a crucial role in shaping the user experience and impression of our company.

In this role, you will collaborate with product and design teams to create new user experiences and features, develop scalable web architectures to support organizational growth, and implement unit and automation tests to ensure code quality and reliability. You will also monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of features and lead the establishment of engineering best practices to maintain high standards for code quality and system reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, with excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS. Proficiency in C#.NET or Kotlin, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, is required. Additionally, candidates should have 7+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in mobile development, and hands-on experience working in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
