Staff Product Manager - AI Detection & Discovery
OneTrust is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Detection area, focusing on discovering AI models, applications, agents, and AI-enabled features across various environments. This role is integral to OneTrust's mission of enabling responsible data and AI usage, ensuring that organizations can govern their AI assets effectively.
In this position, you will own the product strategy for Detection, balancing delivery across multiple related products. Your responsibilities include setting the Shadow AI detection strategy, defining and sequencing the coverage roadmap, establishing detection taxonomy, and maintaining quality standards with measurable targets. You will also identify adjacent opportunities such as continuous monitoring and AI bill of materials.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with over 8 years of product management experience. Proven success in managing products through their full lifecycle, including end-of-life planning, is essential. Experience in shipping discovery, inventory, or detection products in domains like security, data discovery, or asset management is highly desirable. A strong understanding of AI deployment, including managed model services and self-hosted inference stacks, is also required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $139,725 to $186,300 per year, with additional benefits such as comprehensive healthcare coverage, flexible paid time off, equity in the form of RSUs, annual performance bonuses, retirement account support, and over 14 weeks of paid parental leave.
