WeightWatchers is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to join our Mobile Product Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing key features of the WeightWatchers iOS app, supporting members in their health journeys through functionalities like food tracking, activity logging, weight trends, and AI-driven health insights. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, contributing to the company's mission of promoting sustainable healthy habits.

As a Staff iOS Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include building and evolving native features of the iOS app, delivering premium user interfaces using modern Apple frameworks, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Data, and Behavioral Science. You will also own the implementation of flagship initiatives, including Lock Screen Widgets, Live Activities, and health data integrations, while shaping the architectural decisions and technical standards for the iOS application.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of professional iOS development experience, with deep expertise in Swift and modern Apple frameworks like SwiftUI and Core Data. A solid grasp of SwiftUI, Combine (or Swift Concurrency), and MVVM/Clean Architecture is essential. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers while articulating technical decisions are highly valued.

The base salary for this role ranges from $185,000 to $275,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
