In this role, the Staff Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reporting systems that support the company’s servicing strategies and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets to identify trends, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams, designing experiments, and partnering with servicing, engineering, and product teams to drive data-informed decision making. Day-to-day work involves close collaboration with stakeholders, interpreting data to solve high-impact business challenges, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of analytics products.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related area, along with substantial experience in applied data analytics or data science roles. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is required, as well as experience working with large datasets and programming languages like Python or R.
