The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience in Legal Operations or Technology Program Management. A proven track record in leading AI technology implementations or workflow automation tools is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of large language model capabilities. Proficiency in systems like Conga and workflow automation is required. Strong strategic communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into strategic legal outcomes. Operational excellence, demonstrated through the establishment of continuous improvement cultures and agile methodologies, is also a key requirement.
