Sr. Salesforce Administrator
Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support its expanding field and operations teams. In this role, you will collaborate with various team members to gather business requirements and develop scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform, contributing to the company's growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include implementing new processes and integrated systems based on architectural designs, partnering with the Program Excellence Team to capture and build end-to-end solutions using Salesforce's declarative features, and ensuring these solutions meet business needs. You will also manage user configurations, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets, deploy user stories through the CI/CD tool Copado, and oversee integrated tools such as Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Impartner, and Conga to enhance user efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator and at least three years of experience with connected applications like and DocuSign. Experience working directly with stakeholders across multiple departments to review requirements is essential. A desire to embrace new technologies and solutions, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, is also important. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent industry or Salesforce experience.
Smartsheet offers a competitive base salary range of $92,500 to $126,250 USD, determined by factors such as professional and educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
