Sr. Paid Search Manager
As a Sr. Paid Search Manager at Seamless.AI, you will lead the paid search initiatives that drive our freemium funnel, converting high-intent searchers into thousands of free signups weekly. This role involves managing a substantial seven-figure annual SEM budget across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a direct impact on revenue through strategic keyword, ad, and landing-page optimization. Collaboration with Lifecycle, Analytics, and Product teams is essential to ensure that acquired traffic progresses from signup to paid conversion.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive strategies for paid search on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging AI-driven search platforms. You will oversee a multi-million-dollar annual budget, ensuring alignment with signup volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and paid-conversion targets. Continuous optimization of campaign structures, keyword strategies, bidding approaches, and negative-keyword management is crucial to maximize qualified free signups. Additionally, partnering with Creative and Lifecycle teams to implement and test ad copy, responsive search ads (RSAs), sitelinks, and landing pages is expected. Establishing a robust measurement framework with Analytics to link spend to free signups, activation, and paid conversion is also a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing annual spends exceeding $1 million in a B2B SaaS environment. A proven track record in running paid search campaigns for freemium or product-led growth models with high signup volumes and short sales cycles is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker/Tableau, and BigQuery, and the ability to independently build funnel views are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey performance insights to stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred, along with 6+ years of paid search experience, including at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS company with a freemium or PLG offering. Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are advantageous.
