Sr. Manager, Product Management
The Sr. Manager, Product Management at PitchBook Data leads the Navigator team, which is responsible for the company's Integrated AI Platform strategy. This role involves developing a persistent workspace, an agent routing engine, and a suite of workflow agents to enhance sourcing, portfolio management, and research capabilities. Key responsibilities include defining and communicating a multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Navigator's agentic platform, encompassing the conversational interface and various workflow agents. The role also involves hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Sr. Manager drives the delivery of complex and cross-functional roadmaps by partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Data leaders to execute against roadmap commitments with speed and quality.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare combination of AI product intuition, private markets domain knowledge, and the leadership presence to drive a high-velocity, high-stakes initiative across a large cross-functional organization. Experience in managing and developing product management teams, as well as a strong background in AI and machine learning applications, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data leadership are also required.
