The role also involves hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Sr. Manager drives the delivery of complex and cross-functional roadmaps by partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Data leaders to execute against roadmap commitments with speed and quality.

The ideal candidate possesses a rare combination of AI product intuition, private markets domain knowledge, and the leadership presence to drive a high-velocity, high-stakes initiative across a large cross-functional organization. Experience in managing and developing product management teams, as well as a strong background in AI and machine learning applications, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data leadership are also required.
