Sr. Manager, Product Management
The Navigator team within PitchBook's product organization is leading the development of the company's Integrated AI Platform strategy. This team is responsible for building the foundational experience layer that delivers AI-native workflows, including a persistent workspace, an agent routing engine, and a suite of workflow agents serving sourcing, portfolio, and research use cases.
The Sr. Manager, Product Management will own the product strategy and roadmap for Navigator, encompassing the conversational interface, agent routing architecture, persistent workspace, and specialist agents that support end-to-end user workflows. This role involves managing and developing a team of product managers, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams, and contributing significantly to PitchBook's broader AI strategy.
Key responsibilities include defining and communicating a compelling multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Navigator's agentic platform, hiring and mentoring a high-performing Product Management team, driving the delivery of complex and cross-functional roadmaps, and defining and measuring business outcomes related to Navigator's engagement, retention, and competitive differentiation. Additionally, the role requires shaping PitchBook's AI product narrative and driving cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have a rare combination of AI product intuition, private markets domain knowledge, and the leadership presence to drive a high-velocity, high-stakes initiative across a large cross-functional organization. They should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in product management leadership roles.
