Sr. Manager, People Data AI Platform
Wolt is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development of its HR Data & AI Platform within the Talent Intelligence organization. This role focuses on transforming traditional analytics into scalable, AI-powered solutions that enhance people analytics and talent intelligence capabilities. The position is based in London, United Kingdom.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for strategizing and developing scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include driving improvements in data architecture and infrastructure, collaborating with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to build flexible AI-native solutions, supporting the development of production-grade machine learning models, and modernizing existing analytics ecosystems. The role also involves influencing technical direction across Talent Intelligence initiatives and building infrastructure that enables faster experimentation and insights generation.
Candidates should have a strong background in data engineering and scalable data platform development, experience with infrastructure management or machine learning infrastructure, and a proven ability to operate across strategy and technical execution. Collaboration with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern data architecture and production environments. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, experience with predictive modeling and production machine learning systems, and a background in Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Technology.
