Sr Director, Talent Operations
Gong is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Operations to lead the transformation of its global talent infrastructure. This role involves building a modern, AI-enabled recruiting ecosystem that empowers teams, enhances candidate experience, and drives business impact. The position is pivotal in scaling Gong's operations as the company enters a critical growth phase.
The Senior Director will be responsible for architecting and evolving a best-in-class recruiting technology ecosystem, including applicant tracking systems, CRM, sourcing platforms, scheduling tools, talent intelligence systems, and AI-enabled solutions. They will define how AI is embedded across the hiring lifecycle, drive automation to increase speed and consistency, and ensure the integrity and accessibility of recruiting data. Additionally, the role involves building a modern talent intelligence function to inform executive decision-making, partnering with finance and leadership on global workforce planning, and developing predictive insights around hiring velocity and talent market dynamics.
Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, or People Operations, with at least 7 years leading Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations teams. Proven experience in scaling talent infrastructure within high-growth technology companies is essential. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who views recruiting as an interconnected ecosystem, is deeply fluent in recruiting technologies and analytics, and is passionate about the role of AI and automation in the future of hiring.
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $220,000 to $265,000 USD.
