This role involves analyzing customer behaviors, identifying anomalies, and developing strategies to enhance customer management processes. Key responsibilities include identifying anomalies and emerging trends in customer activity, conducting comprehensive analyses of sportsbook reports with a focus on customer behaviors, managing sportsbook customers to ensure an optimized experience, mitigating risks from integrity matches and questionable customers, and actively participating in the development of new strategies and tools to optimize the customer management process. Additionally, the analyst will address queries and requests concerning customer limits and classifications.
Candidates should possess an excellent understanding of sportsbook betting principles, a determined and adaptable attitude, and a strong passion for the sports betting industry. A minimum of three years of experience in a sportsbook environment is required, along with a willingness to work a schedule aligned with the global sporting calendar, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential. A university degree, preferably in an analytical field, and manual trading experience in sports such as US Sports, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, or eSports are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and excellent organizational skills are also beneficial.
