In this role, the specialist will be responsible for addressing inquiries from legal authorities and representatives worldwide, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Collaboration with internal teams such as compliance, risk, and customer service is essential to manage and escalate queries appropriately. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company products is crucial for effective communication with external stakeholders. The role also involves building and sustaining strong relationships with company partners and external entities, supporting the enhancement of the Legal Operations function, and participating in specific projects as needed.
Candidates should possess a degree in law, compliance, or a related field, demonstrating critical thinking skills. Experience in a legal-related role or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both English and another major foreign language such as Mandarin or Spanish are required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a willingness to work on a rotational shift to support 24x7 operations are also important.
The compensation package includes a basic salary, shift allowances, monthly KPIs, and annual bonuses.
