Cresta is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region to drive AI transformation in customer experience. This role involves collaborating with Sales Directors to guide prospective customers through the discovery, design, and validation of Cresta's AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will deeply engage with customer stakeholders to understand their business goals, technical environments, and operational challenges, architecting intelligent solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs), small language models (SLMs), and real-time AI assistance. Translating technical complexity into business impact is crucial for successful sales cycles and long-term customer outcomes.
