Solution Sales Director - Risk & Audit (ANZ)

The Solution Sales Director – Risk & Audit (ANZ) at Diligent Corporation is a senior individual contributor role focused on accelerating the growth of Diligent’s Assurance, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit Management, Internal Controls, and ACL Analytics portfolio across the commercial and mid-market segments in Australia and New Zealand. This position serves as the primary commercial and domain leader for Risk & Audit in the ANZ region, acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include leading consultative, solution-based sales cycles with senior stakeholders across risk, audit, finance, and the C-suite. The role involves close collaboration with regional Account Executives to expand Diligent’s footprint into Assurance, ERM, Audit, and Controls. Additionally, the Solution Sales Director will play a visible role in shaping Diligent’s presence in the ANZ Risk & Audit market through customer engagements, events, and internal enablement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in selling risk, audit, assurance, internal controls, or GRC SaaS solutions, and/or practical experience in enterprise risk, internal audit, internal controls, assurance, or related governance roles with hands-on exposure to tools and frameworks. A proven track record in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals in the commercial or mid-market segments is essential. Strong engagement skills with senior stakeholders across Risk, Audit, and Finance are also required.
