In this individual contributor role, the Solution Sales Director oversees the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and customer engagement to deal closure. A consultative 'solutions selling' approach is essential, leveraging deep domain expertise to understand customer needs and effectively position the Diligent One Platform. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, expanding strategic customer relationships, gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
Candidates should possess experience in the entity management space, either as a practitioner or through selling entity and subsidiary management solutions. A proven track record in account management or new business development, achieving revenue targets in technology, SaaS, or GRC sectors, is required. Strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential.
