Software Engineering Intern (Fall 2026)

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our Platform Administration Services team for the Fall 2026 term. This team is responsible for designing, building, and delivering core services that support Diligent's global product suite. This 4-month internship, starting in September 2026, offers the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.

As an intern, you will work within an agile platform team, contributing to grooming user stories and ensuring work items are clear and testable. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining existing codebases, participating in team ceremonies, and working on the team's backlog, encompassing planning, implementation, testing, and release processes.

The ideal candidate possesses a self-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. Completion of university-level programming coursework or a comparable coding boot camp qualification is required. Candidates should be pursuing education in programming and platform development, have the ability to work unsupervised for extended periods, and be able to work on-site at our Vancouver office.
