Software Engineer In Test

Tenable, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Software Engineer in Test to join their team in Tel Aviv, Israel. This role involves manual and automated testing of enterprise-grade, complex distributed systems within the Tenable cloud product. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, enabling a deep understanding of Tenable's cloud environments and the ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key responsibilities include performing manual, regression, and backend automation tests on Tenable's cloud-based products, developing standards and procedures to assess product quality and release readiness, and identifying potential user issues. The role also involves working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience testing complex applications, with a background in cloud-based products or SaaS. A strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools is essential. Experience in cloud infrastructure security, working with applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes workloads is highly desirable.
