As a Software Engineer I/II at RADAR, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the retail industry through cutting-edge technology. RADAR has secured over $104 million in funding and collaborates with leading global retailers to enhance in-store experiences by providing precise, real-time product and personnel location data.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying scalable applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing new features, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integration across the technology stack. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware, data, and product groups, will be essential to integrate RFID pipelines into production systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with at least two years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in Java and/or Python is required, as well as an understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts, particularly Kubernetes. Experience with test-driven development, Linux-based environments, and cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud, is highly desirable.

The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000, with individual pay determined by factors such as location, skills, experience, and education.
