Sirion CLM Consultant - Manager
Cognizant is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team as a Sirion CLM Consultant - Manager. This role is integral to our Technology & Engineering division, focusing on optimizing contract lifecycle management processes through the SirionLabs platform. The position is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
The successful candidate will lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of the SirionLabs CLM platform, including workflows, templates, obligation tracking, and reporting. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective CLM solutions, serving as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and training to end-users, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Applicants must have over 10 years of experience in contract management, with strong knowledge of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes such as drafting, negotiation, execution, obligation management, and compliance. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing the SirionLabs CLM platform is required. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret complex contract data and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across various departments.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
