Icertis Contract Management Specialist

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Management Specialist to lead the development and optimization of contract management processes using the Icertis Contract Management platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing the Icertis platform to meet specific business needs, acting as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and support to end-users, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows. The specialist will also monitor contract performance, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Management platform. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading successful cross-functional projects are essential.

Cognizant offers a competitive annual salary between $112,500 and $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
