Services Engagement Manager
The Services Engagement Manager at Litify plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales and delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of professional services. This position is integral to optimizing how Litify sells, tracks, and delivers its services, operating at the intersection of sales and delivery. The role involves generating accurate service proposals and shaping systems and processes to scale operations effectively.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams to scope and create service proposals, managing Salesforce workflows and processes for services opportunities, projects, and operations, and creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and delivery metrics. The Services Engagement Manager also documents standard operating procedures for professional services, owns the full lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), and supports and improves operational processes related to services sales, resource planning, and project setup. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with RevOps, Finance, and Delivery to ensure data integrity and smooth handoffs, as well as providing insights to improve service delivery operations and drive continuous improvement.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in professional services operations, sales operations, or a similar field, with strong proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to customize reports. Experience supporting services sales cycles or managing operational projects is essential. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and clients, and a strong understanding of service delivery processes.
