ServiceNow Business Analyst - Application Portfolio Management
Experian is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specializing in Application Portfolio Management (APM) to join our Technology department. This role focuses on enhancing our ServiceNow capabilities to optimize application management processes, aligning with Experian's commitment to leveraging data and technology to drive innovation across various industries.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation, including workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports, and process flow diagrams. Key duties involve identifying areas for process improvement, recommending solutions with detailed analyses, and promoting continuous improvement through metrics and dashboards. The role also includes managing and communicating business requirements to the implementation team, participating in testing phases, and supporting client process governance activities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of ServiceNow process consultancy experience, with a recent focus on the ServiceNow APM module and related Enterprise Service Management experience. Hands-on experience in meeting client requirements within ServiceNow is essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in requirements gathering and process documentation, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
