Senior UX Designer

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their product team in Brooklyn, New York. The firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating user-centered designs that align with the firm's mission and enhance the user experience across various digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX design processes, including creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with product managers and engineers. You will own the design process from initial concept through to handoff, ensuring that designs are both functional and aligned with user needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and refinement of design systems, promoting consistency and efficiency across all product interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Notion. A bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, Communications, or a related field is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and Pendo is a plus. Candidates must be based in New York City.
