Senior UX Designer
The Senior UX Designer at Litify will lead the design efforts for Docrio, Matters, and Intakes—key products utilized daily by attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations teams. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from initial problem framing through high-fidelity design and release quality assurance, ensuring that the products meet the complex needs of legal professionals.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to scope work, refine requirements, and resolve ambiguities. The designer will conduct customer research with legal professionals, including interviews and usability sessions, to inform design decisions. Additionally, the role involves designing for the specific challenges of legal work, such as dense information, compliance requirements, audit trails, permissions, and workflows where accuracy is critical.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product or UX design, particularly in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. A strong portfolio demonstrating data-dense, multi-step workflows is essential. Experience in legal tech, document management, or regulated industries is highly desirable. Proficiency in Figma, a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards, and the ability to manage multiple products while maintaining a cohesive user experience are also required.
Compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and benefits. Litify offers a dynamic work environment where designers have the opportunity to shape products that significantly impact the legal industry.
