Senior Technical Sourcer

Gong is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team in Tel Aviv. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent to support the company's growth in the AI-driven revenue intelligence sector. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering and Product leaders to build high-impact talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities include managing the full sourcing lifecycle for R&D roles such as Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Product positions. The Sourcer will lead initial screening conversations to assess technical skills and cultural fit, track top-of-funnel data, analyze performance trends, conduct market research, and continuously optimize sourcing workflows.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of technical sourcing experience, particularly in R&D and Product roles within global tech environments. Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and large language models is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple pipelines, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in both Hebrew and English are required.
