Senior Sourcing Manager, IT
Gong is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across complex SaaS and technology projects supporting Corporate IT, Sales, and Marketing. This role involves managing a growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS, collaboration and productivity tools, security software, business applications, and internal data/AI tools that support employees and go-to-market teams.
The Senior Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies across Corporate IT and business technology spend. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end sourcing for new purchases, renewals, expansions, and vendor transitions; running competitive evaluations and supporting vendor selection decisions; negotiating enterprise SaaS and technology services agreements; driving vendor consolidation and license optimization; building visibility into spend and renewal timelines; improving procurement intake and governance; and influencing senior stakeholders on vendor strategy and risk.
Candidates should have over seven years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in enterprise software, SaaS, Corporate IT, or business technology categories. Proven success in negotiating complex SaaS, software, and technology services agreements is essential. A deep understanding of software pricing and licensing models, direct experience supporting Corporate IT, Sales, or Marketing technology stacks, strong stakeholder management skills, and analytical abilities are also required.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $195,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
