This customer-facing role requires a blend of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients. The position is based in Madrid, Spain.
In this role, the Senior Technical Architect will lead discovery sessions, advisory engagements, workshops, and expert sessions with customers. They will apply their GRC knowledge to understand client objectives, processes, pain points, constraints, and desired outcomes, providing clear recommendations to achieve business goals. A strong understanding of GRC programs within complex organizations is essential, including policies, controls, risk assessments, compliance obligations, audit activities, remediation, ownership, and reporting. A business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect GRC requirements to organizational priorities, operating efficiency, risk reduction, and decision-making is crucial. Technical fluency in enterprise platforms (ideally SaaS), workflow design, data, reporting, or solution architecture is also required. A minimum of 5 years in consulting, technical advisory, solution consulting, customer success, business analysis, transformation, or another customer-facing problem-solving role is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for executive, functional, and technical audiences, are important.
