Senior System Engineer
Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and pioneer of Process Mining technology, is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join its Internal IT team in Bangalore. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across its rapidly growing enterprise SaaS environment.
The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for administering and maintaining the global IT infrastructure, resolving second-level IT tickets, and collaborating with international IT Service Desk and Infrastructure teams. Key duties include proactive identification and resolution of maintenance tasks, spearheading automation initiatives within Internal IT, managing Azure and Entra ID systems, overseeing Google Workspace platforms, and working independently on small IT infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess over seven years of experience in administering and maintaining SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and client environments. Proficiency in Azure (including Entra ID and Defender), APIs, PowerShell scripting, Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft O365, Google Workspace, and TCP/IP networks is essential. Strong project management skills, experience with GitHub repositories, and a solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes are also required. The role demands a customer-oriented mindset, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to sharing knowledge with junior colleagues.
