Senior Staff / Staff Metrics Program Manager and AI Workflow Systems Manager

Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Staff Metrics Program Manager and AI Workflow Systems Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven workflow systems within our investment management platform. This role is integral to our mission of delivering innovative, cloud-native solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making for our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and managing scalable AI-enhanced workflow services, integrating advanced metrics and analytics to optimize performance. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine AI workflows, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI capabilities into our platform.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in AI and machine learning systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Java is essential, along with experience in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams are also critical for success in this role.
