Senior Staff Software Engineer- Ai Governance

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of its AI Governance platform, which enables enterprises to deploy and manage AI and LLM-powered applications responsibly. This role involves designing scalable and reliable systems that integrate with AI platforms, ensuring secure and compliant operations. The position is available in Bengaluru, India.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of Java/Python microservices and shared libraries, build cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure using Core Java, REST, and the Spring ecosystem, and develop reusable reporting and dashboard capabilities. You will also design semantic-layer and metric-abstraction capabilities, integrate with AI observability platforms, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of critical systems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 12 years of experience in software engineering. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures is required. Experience with AI platforms, agent frameworks, and LLM-powered applications is preferred.

The salary range for this position is between $193,050 and $257,400 USD annually.
