Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the District of Columbia Bar or another state bar with the ability to become admitted in D.C. A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant legal experience is required for the Senior Staff Attorney level, with at least 6-7 years for the Counsel position. Experience in civil rights litigation, familiarity with federal regulatory processes, and a commitment to social justice are essential.
