Essential skills include hands-on experience with modern web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general-purpose programming languages like Node.js or Python. A strong understanding of the martech landscape, including email, SMS/mobile, and customer data platforms (CDPs), is crucial. The role also demands excellent communication skills, the ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders, and a proactive, resourceful problem-solving approach.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $112,000 to $168,000, determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and well-being benefits. The role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
